Terms & Conditions.

At Imperial Call Communication, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information provided through our website and services. We use your information responsibly to improve our services, communicate with you, and deliver a secure and reliable customer experience.

A clear foundation for good work.

Information

These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you visit the Imperial Call Communication website or enquire about, access, or use our services. In these terms, “Imperial Call Communication”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Imperial Call Communication entity identified in the applicable service proposal or agreement.

Please read these terms together with any written proposal, order form, statement of work, or other agreement supplied to you. If there is a conflict, the applicable signed agreement will take precedence to the extent of that conflict.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or proceeding with a service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions. Where you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or our services. Specific services may also be subject to additional terms shared before work begins.

Use of Our Website

You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not use it in a way that could damage, interrupt, overload, or compromise the website, its security, or the experience of other visitors.

Our Services

We provide customer communication and call centre support services as described in the relevant proposal or service agreement. The scope, deliverables, service levels, channels, hours, dependencies, and fees will be confirmed in writing before a service commences.

We may refine the way a service is delivered where reasonably necessary to improve quality, security, or operational continuity, provided that any material change will be addressed under the applicable agreement.

User Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities

For commissioned work, you agree to provide timely access to the people, materials, instructions, systems, approvals, and information reasonably needed to deliver the services. Delays or inaccuracies in client-provided materials may affect timing, scope, or outcomes.

Service Availability

We will use reasonable care to keep the website and agreed services available during the periods described in the applicable agreement. Availability can be affected by maintenance, events outside our reasonable control, third-party dependencies, connectivity, or information and access supplied by the client.

Where an agreed service level applies, its specific measurement, exclusions, support route, and remedies will be set out in the applicable service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless an applicable written agreement says otherwise, we retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, methods, templates, processes, tools, systems, branding, and website content. You retain ownership of materials and information you provide to us.

Subject to payment of agreed fees and any stated restrictions, each party receives the rights expressly granted in the applicable agreement. No other licence or transfer is implied.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the purposes of the relevant business relationship. Confidential information does not include information that is already public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.

The parties should record any additional confidentiality, security, or data processing requirements in the applicable written agreement before sensitive information is shared.

Payments and Fees

Fees, billing intervals, taxes, payment dates, expenses, and any deposits or minimum commitments will be stated in the relevant proposal, order form, or service agreement. Unless that document says otherwise, invoices are payable by the date shown on the invoice.

If an invoice is disputed, please raise the issue promptly and provide reasonable detail. The parties will work in good faith to resolve the undisputed portion and the underlying question.

Third-Party Services

Our delivery may rely on communication platforms, telephony providers, software, hosting, or other services operated by third parties. Those services may have their own terms and availability conditions. We will take reasonable care in selecting and managing relevant providers, but we do not control their systems or policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any liability arising from a specific service will be subject to the limits, exclusions, and allocation of risk agreed in the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If no specific agreement applies, the parties should obtain legal advice on any liability allocation relevant to their circumstances before relying on these terms.
